Our Eternal  Inheritance

A Guide to a Biblically-Integrated Estate Plan

a book by Cory Wessman

The Ten Biblical Principles of Eternal Estate Planning

The goal of this book…

is to demonstrate the transformational implications of a biblical worldview on your personal legal estate-planning decisions.

In this book, Cory provides a summary of your key legal estate-planning decisions and then contrast a secular approach to a biblical approach in making these important decisions.

We should use the opportunity occasioned by personal estate-planning decisions to bring glory and honor to the Lord.

Our eternal inheritance in Christ should have a transformational impact on our planning decisions.

What readers say…

  • “Cory’s book is an easy read, full of great life examples, and more than a solid foundation for basic estate planning. I enjoyed the client illustrations and the long-term effects of good vs poor decisions. I also appreciated the continued stressing of going after the lost sheep and how our last opportunity to steward God’s resources might be what it takes to bring one more lost back into the fold.”
Craig Brueckner, BFS Financial, Fresno, CA
  • “After reading dozens of Cory’s well-written periodic estate topic emails, I’m not surprised that his book turned out great.”
Eric Hutchens, Allodium Investments, Minneapolis, MN
  • “Cory is consistently humble, thoughtful and caring as he approaches his relationships and work as a Trust and Estate attorney. The book is an extension of that. It’s clear, well-organized, full of helpful illustrations and examples, and most importantly, it’s a comprehensive Biblical perspective on planning your estate. Personally, I’m excited to go through it with my wife to answer all the questions and run the exercises.”
Matt Norman, Dale Carnegie & Associates, Minneapolis, MN
  • Cory makes an otherwise difficult topic understandable and clear.  Cory explores the difficult task of addressing estate planning with Godly wisdom and solid legal counsel.  As we are going through this process with our family, we will be looking at our options and decisions through a new lens after reading this book.”  Cathy S., Des Moines, Iowa.
